How we protect your data and your people

Nothing leaves your systems until you sign. Labs see a short profile first, never raw data. Personal details are removed before any training use.

Short answer

FileFunding never needs passwords or uploads for an estimate: it reads public information only. Labs see an anonymized profile, not raw data. Data moves only after a written agreement the owner approves, and names, contact details and IDs are removed or replaced with role labels before any training use. HR, medical, payment and consumer data are excluded by default.

Privacy questions

Do labs see our raw data?

Not to make an offer. Labs first see a short, anonymized profile of what you have. Data moves only after you sign a written agreement, and it is de-identified before any training use under the method set in that contract.

What happens to personal information in the records?

Names, emails, phone numbers, addresses and IDs are removed or replaced with role labels such as [Customer] before any training use. HR, medical and payment data and consumer databases are excluded by default. The exact method is set in each contract.

What do you read to make an estimate?

Public information only: DNS records, the company website and the web archive. No passwords, uploads or account access.

Can we sign an NDA first?

Yes. An NDA is available on request before any detailed conversation.
