One tap opens ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini with FileFunding's instructions. Your assistant checks the inbox, drive and admin panels you already use for the tools, volumes and dates we ask about, then drafts a short profile: counts and dates only, no contents. Nothing is sent until you approve it.

Does anything reach FileFunding before I approve it?
No. The agent works inside your own assistant and your own accounts, under that assistant's usual settings. The button only opens your assistant with a short starter message; you see it before anything runs. The profile it writes holds tool names, counts, date ranges and yes/no answers. You read it first, and you choose whether and how to send it.
What will my agent read?
Only what you allow. The prompt points it at billing receipts, admin dashboards, file names and sizes, and subject lines and dates. It is told to ask you before opening anything sensitive (HR, legal or medical files, customer exports) and never to copy message text, personal data, passwords or customer records into the profile.
Do you need our raw data?
No. We start with a short profile of what you have. Nothing is uploaded to get an estimate or a comparison of offers.
Which assistants does this work with?
Any assistant that can follow written instructions. If yours is connected to your email or drive, it can search them. If not, it asks you the questions instead.
Can my agent send it for me?

I'm a trustee, assignee or lawyer, not the founder. Can I use this?
Yes. The profile records who controls the data now and whether you're authorized to discuss it. Owners are responsible for confirming they have the rights to license their data.
Is this a commitment? What does it cost?
No commitment. Estimates are indicative only, not offers or appraisals.
